We are looking for a Quality Team Lead (m/f/d) in Cheb to build up our new company location! Join us and become a part of our success story!

What we’re looking for

Your responsibilities:

  • To manage effectively the supervised team ( participation in recruitment process, work results control and evaluation, motivating, passing the information) with a goal to optimise the work time and tools utilization. 

  • To ensure objective and subjective satisfaction of customers (respect of commitments, filling of the needs and proper level of relationships)

  • To prepare required analysis, budgets and any reports connected to the activity

  • To actively participate in development of the Total Quality Assurance activities

  • To actively develop the subordinates' professional competences and ensures proper social climate within its subordinates

  • To ensure the proper quality of cooperation between its department and other company's employees/departments

  • Managing and co-ordination of all TQA (Design, Supplier, Manufacturing, Customer and Field) activities all over the integral goods flow

  • Reviews the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards, reviews business statistics to determine and document any areas that may need improvement and monitors the effectiveness of the modifications made

  • Preparation and negotiating the AQL (Agreed Quality Level)  Agreements (part of SLA) with customers and suppliers

  • Keeps the TQA policy up to date and in line with the company policy with respect to the competition and available concepts, aiming to improve internal processes in order to fullfill external market requirements.

What do we expect from the candidate:

  • Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field

  • Relevant and documented work experience in the vocational field

  • Ability to communicate appropriately with various steakholders at all levels (external and internal), establish and maintain good relationships

  • Excellent leadership skills and coordination abilities

  • Committed and friendly appearance paired with assertiveness

  • Strong methodological and conceptual skills coupled with an analytical mindset

  • You enjoy working in an international environment

  • Fluency in Czech and communicative knowledge of English / Other languages are also very welcome
