What we’re looking for
The Manager of Enterprise Architecture at Autodoc plays a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing the framework, tools, and methods necessary to govern the Business and Applications architecture. This role involves managing architecture development, defining architecture evolution roadmap aligned with company strategy and corporate project portfolio, and ensuring proper execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive architecture governance frameworks, tools, and methodologies to govern Business and Application architecture.
Oversee the development and execution of architecture strategies, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.
Ensure the architecture governance framework effectively controls the design, integrity, and realization of Autodoc's architecture.
Continuously assess and improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team and across the organization.
Govern architectural design of large-scale IT transformation projects, particularly those involving SAP solutions.
Collaborate with senior management to align the architectural roadmap with Autodoc's strategic objectives and project portfolio.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of business process managers and an enterprise architect, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements and Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proven leadership skills with experience in leading, motivating, and growing a team of architecture professionals.
Strong background in Architecture Governance, including the establishment of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Experience in defining and implementing architecture governance processes and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Prior experience managing large-scale IT transformations, particularly with SAP solutions (SAP ERP, SAP CI, SAP eWM, etc.).
Certifications in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Experience in a similar role within the e-commerce or automotive industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing architecture governance frameworks in a large, complex organization.
