What we’re looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing Supply Chain and Corporate IT projects. In addition to project management responsibilities, this role will involve project portfolio coordination and support for the Head of Project Portfolio Management. The ideal candidate will possess a high-performance mindset, flexibility in day-to-day work management and an eagerness to achieve best-in-class results.
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Supply Chain and Corporate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to effectively execute project objectives.
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve project goals.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive measures to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, communicate project status, and obtain necessary approvals.
Coordinate project portfolio activities, including prioritization, resource allocation, and reporting, to support strategic business objectives.
Support the Head of Project Portfolio Management in developing and implementing project management processes, standards, and methodologies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the project team and across the organization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management and supply chain IT systems.
Ensuring the quality of cooperation between one’s own departments and other employees/company departments in an international perspective. Meeting organization, designating common aims, execution of tasks, delivering outcomes.
Active development of own professional competences. Train and mentor junior staff and less experienced employees when needed.
Performing other tasks delegated by the supervisor within the framework of the employment contract.
Compliance with the law, Autodoc Code of Conduct, pursuit of excellence and related corporation laws, ensuring confidentiality and data protection and attention to the company’s image
Job Requirements:
Bachelor/Masters Degree in relevant field
At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in Supply Chain and Corporate IT environments, preferably within e-commerce.
Strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management and risk analysis, combined with expertise in portfolio management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in leading project teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
DesiredQualifications:

Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a focus on driving efficiency and achieving measurable results.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Relevant certifications in the respective areas are welcome. Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be a plus.
Knowledge of Automotive industry is also a plus.
