What we’re looking for

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with product team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements.

  • Participate in user research and user testing activities to gather insights and inform design decisions.

  • work independently in the creation of service design deliverables, such as user journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in service design and related fields.

  • Help develop and refine service design methodologies and processes.

  • Support the development of design presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in user research and/or design thinking methodologies and/or product design 1-3 years

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Finance or similar

  • Broad knowledge in own discipline and other disciplines within the function

  • Proficiency in visualization

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage time effectively.

  • English - B2

  • Other EU languages an advantage
