What we’re looking for

Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle and be the talent expert at Autodoc. As a Senior Recruiter for commercial functions you will be responsible for implementing, and executing effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire top talents.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's hiring goals

• Talent Expert: Leverage market data and sourcing channels to identify, engage and asses talent for the companies hiring needs

• Continuous Improvement: Identifying potential areas for improvement and proposing solutions

• Gatekeeper: Leverage effective communication assessment skills to ensure talent being interviewed and hires match the competencies needed at AUTODOC

• Make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies and processes

• It's not just about filling positions. You'll also ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle process, maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers and tracking pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic fast paced environment, preferably for commercial function: marketing, SEO, business development, sales etc. roles

• Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, behavioral interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

• Ability to identify challenges, and develop creative solutions is important in addressing recruitment obstacles and ensuring smooth processes

• Data-driven approach

• Experienced with ATS (Ideally - Workday)

• Fluency in English - spoken and written; Russian or any other european language skills will be a valuable asset
