Legal Counsel - Marketing Consumer Protection Transportation

What we’re looking for
As part of the legal team, you will use your legal expertise to advise on various e-commerce issues, with a focus on consumer protection and marketing , as well as Intellectual Property Law Reporting to the Manager, Legal Counsel you will ensure balanced risk management and provide advice/counsel across multiple areas of business law related to an organization’s legal rights and obligations.
Responsibilities:
You will advise across departments on a wide range of legal e-commerce issues, in particular in the areas of marketing, IP, unfair competition.
Structuring, drafting, negotiating and/or approving advertisements, policies, templates and other documents relating to a variety of marketing, consumer protection matters
Assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and documents required for consumer protection, marketing and IP law.
Ideally, you have already worked with the Omnibus Directive and gained practical knowledge.
Contribute to the design and delivery of training in the above areas
Comprehensive identification and resolution of legal risks as part of team/project responsibility in the short and long term
Legal support and implementation of international, cross-departmental projects, e.g. in the areas consumer protection, marketing and transportation
Supports the management of legal business matters pertaining to the organization. Acts as an advisor on legal issues involving the organization's government and regulatory compliance. Reviews legal data and advises the organization on appropriate legal action to be taken.
Qualifications:
Two successfully completed state examinations in law
At least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a company or law firm
Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of law
Structured, flexible and solution-oriented way of working
Strong procedural and analytical thinking skills as well as the ability to structure, analyze and summarize complex issues in a targeted manner
Strong service orientation and quality awareness
Hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team, understanding and enthusiasm for economic contexts
Strong communication, organizational and team skills
Very good written and spoken German (C2) and English (C1), further language skills, especially Russian, an advantage
