What we’re looking for
A Content Coordinator provides support and assistance in effective workload coordination between the content coordinators, language specialists and task owners by organising, distributing and monitoring workload to ensure the task owners receive the ready translations on time.
Responsibilities:
Receiving, adding and keeping track of the incoming content tasks assigned by the task owners (via Slack/Email/JIRA, etc.) in the translation backlog & PROTEMOS while also keeping the tasks’ statuses up-to-date
Interacting with the task owners from the moment the task is asigned while also strictly complying with the task processing procedure, until it’s completed and delivered to the task owner
Clarifying priorities with the task owners, negotiating and meeting the deadlines
Prioritising operations in accordance with the sprint scope & goals
Processing of the source text, providing language specialists with clear task assignments, specifying acceptance criteria and deadline
Preparing the EN source text – initiating RU-EN translation, EN proofreading, discussing and finalising the EN edits with the task owner
Utilising one of the required CAT tools, either MemoQ or Crowdin, to create target translation projects and assign roles within the language specialists team
Checking the ready target translations that belong to various language groups – Germanic, Romance, Balto-Slavic, Finno-Ugric, Hellenic (checking, identifying and eliminating mistakes, interacting with language specialists)
Delivering the ready translations to the task owners while also ensuring the negotiated deadlines are met
Requirements:
At least 2 years + of relevant work experience, preferably in a digital content- or translation-related field
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with an international team
Relevant experience with CAT tools (either MemoQ or Crowdin), including extensive knowledge in basic functions, interface navigation, project creation, and role assignment
Language skills: RU/UA – a native speaker, English C1/C2 is a must
German and/or French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese is highly preferable as the second language (A2 level and higher)
Knowing other foreign languages is an absolute advantage
Good communication skills
Experience working with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in automotive engineering, technology, or linguistics, law, natural sciences/humanities
