What we’re looking for
Senior Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the B2C strategy to drive growth across Autodoc’s B2C business. Working closely with the Head of B2C Strategy, this role is responsible for co-developing the overarching customer-centric B2C strategy & country-level strategies for key growth markets and implementing those strategies to deliver tangible business impact. This role will work with cross-functional teams to drive timely and efficient execution of strategy.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the head of B2C strategy to define, refine and execute the overarching customer-centric B2C strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
Co-develop and tailor country-level strategies, aligning them with the overall business objectives while addressing local market dynamics and customer needs.
Translate strategy into actionable plans with clearly defined initiatives, roadmaps, and KPIs, ensuring successful execution and business impact across key strategic pillars.
Drive cross-functional implementation of the B2C initiatives. Manage, proactively problem-solve and optimize the execution process, ensuring timely delivery and continuous value realization.
Continuously monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform and refine the ongoing strategy and support decision-making.
Leverage data and analytics to generate insights and transform them into actionable business strategies and recommendations.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business or comparable relevant studies.
9+ years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategy roles. Experience in the automotive aftermarket / e-commerce / tech is a big plus.
Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop and validate data-driven hypotheses, and design customer-centric growth strategies.
Strong track record in translating strategy into execution, driving cross-functional projects & initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
Ability to leverage customer insights, market data and trends to optimize strategy and execution plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and align business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive results.
Proactive, highly organised, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced matrix environments, taking ownership of initiatives from strategy to execution.
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
