What we’re looking for

Responsibilities:

EDD Model Development & Implementation

• Build/Test/Roll out EDD metric across all countries of delivery
• Design, build, test and implement predictive models to accurately calculate EDD
• Continuously improve EDD models based on data insights, operational feedback and business needs
• Collaborate with data science, logistics, and IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of EDD models within existing systems and platforms

EDD Performance Monitoring & Root Cause Analysis

• Establish and maintain a performance management workstream to continuously monitor EDD accuracy and timeliness across all stages of the delivery process
• Implement root cause bucketization logic to track and categorize factors driving delivery exceptions (e.g., late departures, late arrivals)
• Lead regular performance reviews and provide data-driven insights to operational teams to identify and address systemic issues

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Identify opportunities for process improvements across the EDD calculation and delivery workflow to reduce errors and enhance delivery reliability
• Work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to align EDD goals and performance targets with broader business objectives

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

• Serve as primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding EDD-related queries and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EDD capabilities with business requirements
• Own E2E communication related to EDD - performance, milestones progress, risks

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyse data related to delivery performance, including root causes of missed or delayed deliveries
• Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights
• Utilize data to proactively identify patterns and trends that can inform future improvements to the EDD process

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, with a strong focus on process optimization, data modelling, or operations management in a logistics environment
• Experience with predictive modelling or data analysis to improve business outcomes
• Familiarity with performance management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, FMEA) to optimize process flow and efficiency
• Strong understanding of delivery logistics, including order management, dispatch, and customer delivery workflows
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration, including working closely with teams in data science, operations, IT, and customer service to develop and implement solutions
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and create actionable reports
• Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead projects and address challenges across teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership and decision-making abilities to guide the team in prioritizing improvements to EDD accuracy and in making adjustments when discrepancies arise
• Strategic thinking to develop long-term plans for optimizing EDD performance across the entire delivery process, aligning EDD goals with broader business objectives
• Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to proactively drive changes to systems, processes, and tools based on EDD opportunities.
• Proficient in English - mandatory; German, Polish, Russian would be a plus
