Our Sustainability Philosophy

At AUTODOC, we strive to integrate sustainability into our business. By helping people extend the life of their vehicles with easy access to automotive parts, services, repair guides and sophisticated digital tools, we’re encouraging a circular economy from the ground up.

This mindset shapes how we innovate, grow, and collaborate every day. As a tech-powered leader in the European automotive aftermarket, we believe that enabling smarter, more responsible mobility choices is essential to creating a sustainable future for everyone.

For us, sustainability is both an exciting opportunity and a shared responsibility. It’s about integrating environmental thinking into everything we do, empowering our customers to make informed decisions, and partnering with the industry to improve efficiency, transparency, and drive meaningful change.

Whether it’s optimising logistics, minimising waste, or accelerating digital transformation, we’re committed to building long-term value – not just for our business and partners, but also for the broader ecosystem.

Our Sustainability Goals

Circularity is our starting point. By empowering vehicle repairs, upgrades, and smarter maintenance, we naturally drive a more resource-efficient mobility system. Extending the life of vehicles isn’t just part of AUTODOC’s business, it’s how we create lasting value for our customers and our environment. With access to spare parts, remanufactured products, and tech-driven services, we’re actively contributing to reshape the automotive ecosystem toward a more circular and sustainable future.

We’ve defined a set of goals to guide our next steps. These goals focus on areas where we can grow our positive impact, strengthen how we operate, and work together with customers and partners to build a more responsible future. They are shaped by the topics that matter most to our business and stakeholders, guided by a comprehensive double materiality assessment completed in February 2025 to ensure we address both our impact on the environment and the external factors that influence us.

And this is just the beginning. While we are not yet publishing a formal sustainability report, our sustainability goals and KPIs will serve as the foundation for the measurable actions and initiatives that will guide our efforts and support meaningful change in the future. Further details on the extended set of goals and KPIs will be made available on this page in the coming months.

Our Top Goals

AUTODOC’s sustainability efforts are focused on the areas where we can have greatest impact – both within our operations and across the entire value chain. These four focus areas reflect our top sustainability goals, shaping how we innovate, grow, and collaborate to drive a more sustainable automotive aftermarket.

Sustainability Governance Structure

At AUTODOC, we are committed to responsible leadership and sustainable business practices. Our governance structure is designed to ensure long-term success, guided by high ethical standards and a strong focus on sustainability. We take a forward-looking approach, embedding sustainability deeply into our operations, decision-making processes, and business strategy.

We have set up our Sustainability and Governance Structure to comply with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The ultimate responsibility for sustainability within the company lies with our Chief Executive Officer. He ensures that sustainability is seamlessly integrated across all relevant business areas and decision-making processes, setting the tone for our long-term vision.

To provide strategic oversight, a cross-functional Sustainability Committee has been established. This committee includes key executives: the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Chief Operating Officer (COO), and the Chief People Officer (CPO). The committee convenes regularly to review sustainability objectives, monitor progress, and steer the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda.

Supporting the committee, we have a dedicated Sustainability Management function, which is responsible for the operational implementation of our sustainability strategy. Additionally, a cross-departmental Sustainability Team supports data collection, reporting activities, and the execution of ESG-related initiatives across the organisation.

We take a holistic approach to managing sustainability-related risks and opportunities, integrating them into our broader Risk Management system. ESG aspects are considered systematically at the strategic and operational levels, ensuring that sustainability is woven into every decision we make.

We regularly review and update our governance structure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements – specifically the CSRD and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This process supports the continuous enhancement of our sustainability performance and ensures that we remain accountable to our stakeholders.
