What we’re looking for

As a flexible and dynamic Talent Sourcer you will research, identify and engage with the international talent market that matches the companies hiring needs.

You will play a central role in bringing top talent into the organization by owning the search strategy, driving proactive outreach and ensuring the continued flow of high-quality candidates in the recruitment pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, and relationship building

• Develop a pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs

• Building and maintaining a strong network of passive and active candidates

• Close cooperation with the Talent Acquisition team to implement the sourcing strategy

• Conduct market research and analyze information on industry trends, market conditions and competitors to develop appropriate sourcing strategies

• Prequalify potential candidates to determine their interests and alignment with hiring needs.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of talent sourcing & recruiting experience including a proven track record of researching, identifying, and building quality talent pipelines.

• Expertise in establishing and further developing relationships with passive talent.

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Ability to identify challenges, and develop creative solutions.

• Data-driven and analytical mindset.

• Proficient English skills; both written and spoken.
