What we’re looking for
As Working Student (m/f/d) in our Internal Control team, you support in daily tasks of the function, including updating the Risk-Control Matrix, retrieving and preparing reports and dashboards, communication with control performers in cases of delays, errors, etc. In this role, you get the chance to gather hands-on experience in organisational development, auditing, process design and cross-departmental collaboration. At the end of your time with AUTODOC, you will have gained valuable insights into how an international company functions, collaborates and ensures compliance.
Responsibilities:
Updating internal systems using "Jira" tickets according to organizational changes (including offboarding, promotions, restructuring, etc.).
Updating designs in frameworks used for cybersecurity and compliance management in a local tool.
Retrieving and preparing reports in our systems, based on required parameters.
Creating dashboards and overviews on current internal control projects and topics.
Supporting with cross-departmental communication with control performers, both internal and external.
Preparing and documenting workshops.
Qualifications:
Current Master's/Bachelor's Degree student, ideally in Audit, Compliance, Business Administration, Legal, Cybersecurity or similar field (Berlin based).
Strong knowledge working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced English skills are a must; Russian/Ukrainian or German skills are welcome.
Strong communication skills.
Affinity for process management and/or technical writing would be an advantage.
