What we’re looking for

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other product functions to develop content strategies that align with the overall user experience and product goals.

• Write and edit user interface (UI) text, microcopy, help content, and other communication materials that are clear, consistent, and aligned with the brand.

• Work with designers and information architects to structure content in a way that enhances usability and accessibility.

• Participate in user research activities to understand user needs and pain points, then iterate on content based on feedback.

• Develop and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

• Work with localization teams to adapt content for different languages and cultural contexts, ensuring a cohesive user experience in the countries where the company operates.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience

• Native or Proficient in English 

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to write concise and user-friendly copy for digital interfaces.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS), design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and user research methods.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines
