Assortment matrix management and development in assigned categories
What we’re looking for
Responsibilities
- Assortment of long-term development plan for assigned categories, corresponding to the target values of turnover, margin, and PB share of sales
- The target assortment matrix in the assigned categories in accordance with the assortment policy and evaluation of priorities for development
- Target matrix coverage by active assortment with defined performance parameters
- Correspondence of the active assortment with the approved classifier of characteristics and segments in the assigned categories
- Cooperation policy, and partnership model with key suppliers in the assigned categories
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google sheets, knowledge of LOOKUP function, pivot tables are required
Systems thinking and strong analytical skills; resourcefulness

Experience
At least 7 years of relevant work experience in big retail and omnichannel companies
Experience in managing a large assortment matrix (>10000 SKU) in auto market or big retail (omnichannel) companies
Excellent communication skills
Experience in negotiating with key suppliers
