Product Classification Team Lead

• Checking goods for interchangeability, applicability, conformity of spare parts with OE products

• Checking the correctness of the list of OE numbers

• Identification and establishment of links between articles

• Identification and analysis of differentiating characteristics in the context of Clusters

• Identification and analysis of differentiating characteristics in the context of Sectors

• Correlation of articles with corresponding segments

• Identification of "product lines" and correlation of articles with Private Brands Product Lines

• Obtaining data on Private Brands products, preparing data to meet TecDoc requirements and sending data packets according to TecDoc's schedule.

• Own and optimize spare parts clusterization and crossing processes that enable the company to deliver business value while delighting our customers

• Design and implement new processes and metrics for the team to review and track results and find new features to add

• Analyze data from listings to understand ways to grow cross-references accuracy across Private Brands products

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in aftermarket spare parts (Premium brands vendors, distributors or manufacturers are preferred)

• 3+ years in Data Analytics or Product Management;

• Excellent knowledge of the principles and rules of automotive spare parts crossing

• Excellent knowledge of TecDoc’s data structure (K-type, Car ID, OEN etc.)

• Experience with AWS

• Good Leadership & Managing Skills (regular management)

• Good communication skills

• English B2, Russian B2-C1 (can be discussed individually with candidate)
