Digitalisation in schools: classes of the future

We are clearly committed to our role as a reliable partner for our employees, business partners, and customers. As a company, we act responsibly, keeping in mind not only our corporate goals, but also the greater good. As a tech company, we have a special focus on the topics of digitalisation, as well as education and training. That is why we are active as a partner of Edu-sense (gGmbH). Edu-sense is a social initiative that aims to gather successful concepts, ideas, and approaches from schools that have mastered the challenges of contemporary school development and make them accessible to other schools.

Strong together – support for Ukrainian employees

As a company that employs people from more than 50 nations, peaceful coexistence, tolerance, and diversity are particularly important to us and our identity. Since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, our social engagement has taken on a new dimension. Rescuing and supporting our staff and their families was often not just about alleviating hardship, but a matter of health, life and death. Thanks to the intensive preparation for the scenario of a Russian attack, we were able to quickly evacuate our staff and their relatives from the embattled cities of Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Odesa and accommodate them in safe places.

Helping children in need

Aside from the war in Ukraine, we also try to live up to our responsibility as a company with various projects. For example, our colleagues at our Polish subsidiary Autodoc Logistics Sp, z o. o collected money for the treatment of a seriously ill child. In addition to the employees' donations, AUTODOC added a five-digit sum to the fund. We also supported a family in need in Poland with in-kind donations. At our location in Odesa, AUTODOC is also contributing to social causes, thanks to the support of local employees. For example, for an orphanage housing around 130 children aged 0 to 5 who have no parents or come from socially disadvantaged families.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct defines the personal freedom of action in the company for each individual and the applicable rules for everyone. This code of conduct applies to the entire company and all those who work with AUTODOC, i.e. also for suppliers, service providers or other business partners. Topics include dealing with laws and rules on fair competition, fighting corruption, IT and data security, financial reporting, product safety, diversity, respect for human rights and social standards, as well as the areas of the environment and sustainability.
