What we’re looking for

Increase the traffic and performance of the company's websites by implementing a Keyword scoring map system. Providing suggestions for increasing site traffic through SEO techniques (title and meta-tagging, indexing, link building, keyword ranking, internal site architecture, and SEO-optimization of content).  Creating an SEO scorecard to analyse the impact of changes on traffic and keyword positions. Analyses site performance, reviews metrics, and suggests solutions to improve SEO-optimization. Identifies opportunities to increase search engine ranking by evaluating traffic trends.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating an SEO scorecard to analyse the impact of On-page SEO changes on traffic and keyword positions.

• Providing on-page search engine optimization suggestions that meet the strategy.

• Mentor and review the work of lower-level professionals or lead a small team.

• Work with semantics and search intent (including Latent Semantic Optimization LSO).

• Conduct SEO audits of a project to identify traffic growth patterns, develop the SEO strategy for a project with the help of the Team Lead.

• Implementation of ChatGPT and other AI SEO tools.

• Formulate and approve general optimization tasks and basic strategy.

• Work on the internal technical optimization of a project, analyse competitors and implement their successful practices to projects.

• Monitor search engine algorithms and prepare projects for them in advance.

• Automate work using Regular Expression, ready-made scripts, and Google Sheets formulas.

• Set and testing tasks for programmers, decomposing tasks.

• Do briefings and keywords density requirements, check copywriting, suggest tools to increase organic traffic and sales.

• Use data in catalogues, ratings, technical documents, and Confluence for SEO needs. ​
  
  Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in SEO

• Experienced with Google Analytics

• Fluent English (additonal languages would be considered as a plus)

• Great interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
