What we’re looking for
Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for financial IT solutions targeting B2B clients. Ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.
Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and releases. Prioritize initiatives based on business value and client needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales, marketing, and development teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with product goals.
Requirements Definition: Gather, analyze, and document detailed product requirements from clients and stakeholders. Translate these requirements into clear and actionable specifications for the development team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, UX/UI, and QA teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality financial IT solutions. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Use this information to inform product strategy and development.
Product Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of financial IT solutions. Use metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure the solutions meet client expectations and business goals.
Product Boundaries: Define and maintain clear boundaries for the product to ensure a focused and coherent development process. Communicate these boundaries to all stakeholders to ensure alignment and prevent scope creep.
Process Mapping: Develop and maintain process flow diagrams for the product. Ensure these process maps accurately reflect business requirements and workflows, and use them to guide development and improve efficiency.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a solid understanding of financial IT solutions and Agile methodologies.
Experience in managing B2B products and working in a financial services environment is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in financial IT solutions development.
Good understanding of financial systems and B2B client needs.
Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage a product roadmap effectively.
Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English and Russian.
Nice to have
The following qualifications are desired but not mandatory:
Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Pragmatic Marketing Certification).
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with SAP S/4 Hana.
Experience with API integrations and data security practices.
