What we’re looking for
At AUTODOC, we are searching for a talented self-starter to join our accounting team as (Junior) Accountant in Customer Payments (m/f/d). In this role, you work on processing payments and refunds, as well as support with our automation and continuous improvement efforts. The position is offered as a fixed-term contract for 1 year, with an option to join permanently afterwards, based remote in Moldova or Poland.
Job Responsibilities:
Process refunds to customers using established procedures.
Resolving requests from our customer service center regarding issues with customer payments/refunds.
Communication with payment providers regarding missing payments/refunds via email.
Participation in various projects, in particular with the aim of increasing standardization and automation of payment processes.
Identifying unknown payments and manually allocating them to orders.
Perform other ad-hoc assignments related to customer payments/refunds.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
1+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance or banking.
Self-starter, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Confident in using accounting tools and able to quickly learn new software/system.
Fluency in English is required.
Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is a highly desirable.
