What we’re looking for

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business requirements.

  • Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans.

  • Assemble project teams and assign individual responsibilities in collaboration with key project stakeholders or team leads.

  • Create and regularly update project schedules and budgets.

  • Ensure resource allocation, timeline adherence and budget compliance.

  • Build key relationships with stakeholders across all levels. Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

  • Facilitate clear communication of project progress, changes, and risks with executives, functional teams, and end-users.

  • Conduct regular meetings to manage expectations, update project status, and address issues.

  • Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans.

  • Resolve conflicts or roadblocks, escalating to senior management as needed.

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to maximize user adoption and minimize disruptions.

  • Oversee quality control, ensuring adherence to project standards, methodologies, and compliance regulations

  • Manage testing, validation, and post-implementation review to guarantee project success and stability (particularly for projects that require systems/ tools implementation).

  • Prepare and present reports on the progress of the project, as well as reporting on results and successes.

  • Ensure the quality of cooperation between one’s own departments and other employees/company departments in an international perspective. Meeting organization, designating common aims, execution of tasks, delivering outcomes. Ensuring proper communication in the international environment with respect for cultural differences

  • Support the continuous development of the Project Management framework within the Corporate IT department and the wider organization.

  • Perform other tasks delegated by the supervisor within the framework of the employment contract.

  • Active development of own professional competences.

  • Support less experienced employees when needed

  • Conscious attitude promoting compliance with internal regulations, H&S and fire protection rules.

  • Compliance with the law, Autodoc Code of Conduct, pursuit of excellence and related corporation laws

  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection and attention to the company’s image.

  • Perform other tasks delegated by the supervisor within the framework of the employment contract.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in software development and software implementation projects.

  • University Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of software development and cloud computing concepts, platforms, and technologies.

  • Advanced knowledge of English.

  • Motivated and goal oriented.

  • Familiarity with Information Technology governance frameworks and best practices.

  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and ERP platforms.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2) and best practices.

  • Strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management and risk analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in leading project teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications in the respective areas are welcome. Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be a plus.
