Pricing Manager B2B

Curious minds, adventurous experts and tech-savvy professionals - one team, one billion euros revenue. Catch the ride! We are looking for a capable leader to build and develop our B2B Pricing. Reporting to the Senior Manager (Market Pricing), you will play a key role in reaching high growth ambitions of our B2B business by building the pricing solution to make sure that we have our assortment best priced for our B2B customers. You will also work closely with Tech to ultimately move the B2B & Autodoc PRO business to algorithmic pricing. You will closely collaborate with the B2B team to strengthen AUTODOC’s pricing proposition and monitor business performance. You will provide guidance in the design of new pricing tactics with dedicated teams to tailor pricing for the B2B segment. Finally, you will be identifying and prioritizing opportunities for B2B pricing, working with product managers, data scientists and software engineers to design and build the next generation of pricing products.

What we’re looking for


  • Collaborate with senior leadership of Autodoc PRO business to develop the commercial strategy that will enable the B2B division to achieve profitable growth

  • Own and optimize B2B pricing strategies based on market analysis and competitive positioning

  • Work in tandem with product teams to construct a tech feature roadmap for the B2B tools and processes

  • Develop closed-loop feedback processes to evaluate performance and implement new metrics for the team to track results

  • Analyze B2B pricing / sales data and market trends to gain insights for pricing strategies and inform pricing decisions with data

  • Develop a pricing approach that learns and iterates based on experimentation


  • 8+ years in B2B retail, ecommerce or consumer goods – directly or in a consulting role 

  • 4+ years work with analytics

  • 4+ years managing projects end-to-end and working with cross-functional / tech teams on implementation

  • Experience experimentation with disruptive (pricing) business innovations delivering measurable impact (is a plus)

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication 

  • Understanding of statistics and experiment design 

  • Experience in data analysis and visualization 

  • Ability to convey complex topics in simple terms 

  • Ability to steer effectively - both with and without direct authority – and find trade-offs between scope and development time. 

  • Ownership – acts like an owner

  • BA or equivalent experience in a business and/or quantitative field (e.g. business, economics, STEM), graduate degree preferred
