What we’re looking for
Responsibilities:
Optimization of business processes
Understanding of customer needs
Ensuring product completeness
Development of the program vision and roadmap
Management and prioritization of the workflow
Defining releases and program increments
Collaboration with System Architect to understand the enabler's work
Required Experience:
Understands the problems and needs of the customer
A strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
Can define end solution and business requirements for it
Can ensure the solution is viable
Has deep knowledge in the appropriate area
Adaptability and flexibility
Strategic thinking
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
Grade Skills & Skill Level:
Constructs prototypes successfully
Knows the User Science tools
Knowledge of standard product management tools specified by project needs (Amplitude, BI tools, Balsamiq, Google Analytics, etc.)
Ability to determine the ideas that should be worked on
Understand the User journey
Develops the program vision and roadmap
Leadership:
Communicates clearly in 1:1 meetings
Participates actively in group meetings
Ability to influence and persuade people
Leads and facilitates team meetings
Writes and gives short presentations independently
Leads effective brainstorming with others
Functional requirements:
Management and prioritizations of the workflow
Reactively solves problems with other squads/functions
Follows the implementation and delivery schedule
Creates BRD, PRD, and Specifications
Traces a user issue (or set of issues) back to the underlying problem
Understanding of business principles, including revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition
Ability to analyze product performance data, and identify trends in the market
Story writing and bug/features writing (for example, SMART Tasks Description and so on)
Writes clear workflow emails
Writes specs/stories for big features and small products with little-no errors
Brainstorms constructively with others
Cross-Functional requirements:
Articulates business logic to technical partners
Anticipates implementation challenges with a particular proposal
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, sales and so on
