As a Service Desk Analyst you provide technical support to our internal customers. You are the first contact Autodoc employees make when seeking support helping them to resolve their issues with computer hardware and software. You are a source of information and help provide the most accessible solutions to resolve user issues. You will work closely with other IT department personnel and act as an interface between Corporate IT and the customers You will maintain detailed records of user issues, which helps diagnose and repair more complex cases and provide data to improve and maintain our Knowledgebase

What we’re looking for

As a Service Desk Analyst you will provide technical support to our internal customers. You are the first contact Autodoc employees make when seeking support helping them to resolve their issues with computer hardware and software. You are a source of information and help provide the most accessible solutions to resolve user issues.
You will work closely with other IT department personnel and act as an interface between Corporate IT and the customers
You will maintain detailed records of user issues, which helps diagnose and repair more complex cases and provide data to improve and maintain our Knowledgebase

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for the end user to address their Service Requests and Incidents

  • Be responsible for technical support, diagnosis of technical issue and basic troubleshooting as well as escalating tickets to the 2nd level and other relevant teams via our internal ticket system

  • Provide onsite support and take care of end user IT problems at our administrative Site located at the Kurfürstendamm in the heart of Germany’s capital

  • Build up relationships with customers from different countries and act as the “Face of IT”

  • Maintain our internal Knowledge Base in providing articles 


Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year working as a service desk analyst
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; be able to learn and adapt fast.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting client requirements, incidents, and service request resolutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language skills: German - high level proficiency, English - intermediate or higher level proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products is a plus.
  • Russian language is a plus.
