Project Manager - Refunds (w/m/x)

What we’re looking for

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and leading the monthly steerco, bringing all relevant stakeholders together, and defining overarching actions and follow-up
  • Developing root cause bucketization logic and implementing it with product domain teams.
  • Leading regular reviews and providing data-driven insights to these teams to identify and address systemic issues.
  • Establishing and maintaining a transparent and standardized performance management workstream to continuously monitor data accuracy and timeliness across all stages of the refund process
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements across the refund workflow to reduce errors and enhance better customer experience
  • Creating and presenting detailed reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights
  • Continuously improving data insights, operational feedback, and business needs, through discussed follow-ups
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align return capabilities with business requirements and ensure seamless progress on process optimization
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding refund-related queries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, especially re-commerce logistics with a strong focus on process optimization, data modelling, or operations management
  • Experience with refund reasons, market insights, and main pain points
  • Strong understanding of re-commerce logistics, including order movement and customer experience workflows
  • Familiarity with performance management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, FMEA) to optimize process flow and efficiency
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration (with data science, operations, IT, and customer service teams) to develop and implement solutions
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and create actionable reports
  • Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead projects and address challenges across teams
  • Fluent English skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to proactively drive changes to systems, processes, and tools based on EDD opportunities
