What we’re looking for

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap for tyres, aligning with business goals, category needs, and user pain points. Prioritize initiatives that improve conversion, increase revenue, and elevate the user experience.

  • Tyre Fitment & Search Experience: Lead improvements in tyre fitment logic, product search, and filtering capabilities. Collaborate with catalog, data, and UX teams to simplify the selection process across devices.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, content, and marketing teams to implement new features and improve existing ones across web, iOS and Android. Collaborate with catalog, pricing, logistics, UX/UI, engineering, and marketing teams to build, launch, and scale tyre-related improvements. 

  • User Journey & UX Improvements: Optimise the end-to-end user experience – from landing pages and search to product pages – focusing on clarity, speed, trust, and compliance (e.g., EU tyre labelling).

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse user behavior, feedback, and usage metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Use data insights to prioritise enhancements and measure the impact of product changes.

  • Competitor Benchmarking & Market Awareness: Stay informed on tyre retail trends (B2C and B2B), regulatory changes (e.g. snow tyre requirements, eco-labelling), and user behavior across EU markets.


Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in product management for a digital platform,  ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environments

  • Domain knowledge in automotive or tyres is a must

  • Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and UX best practices

  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and user feedback to drive product decisions (experience with analytics tools is highly valued).\

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluent written and spoke

  • English. (Additional language skills are a plus.)
