What we’re looking for

As the Product Manager for our Mobile App Team in Cart and Checkout, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cart and checkout experiences. You will lead a talented team of developers, designers, and UX/UI experts to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions. Your strategic vision and hands-on approach will ensure our mobile apps provide the best possible user experience while meeting business objectives.


Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and inspire the mobile app team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth.

Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the mobile app cart and checkout experiences.

  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

Product Roadmap and Planning:

  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, aligning with company goals and priorities.

  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, data analysis, and business impact.

Collaboration with UX/UI:

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

  • Ensure design solutions are aligned with user needs and business objectives.

Cart Funnel Conversion and Metrics:

  • Own the cart funnel conversion metrics, measure and analyze performance.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the cart funnel and increase conversion rates.

  • Continuously monitor key metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.

  • Gather feedback and input from various stakeholders to refine product direction.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize analytics and user insights to drive product decisions and measure success.

  • Conduct A/B testing and user research to validate hypotheses and improve user experience.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing project timelines and resources effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile apps (iOS and Android).

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Design). Advanced degree preferred. 

  • Proven track record of leading and scaling product teams.

  • Strong background in UX/UI design principles and collaboration.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute a product vision.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
