What we’re looking for

Location: Berlin or Lisbon

We're looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to lead our technology and product recruitment team. As the Team Leader, you'll shape our talent acquisition strategy and ensure timely recruitment of high-quality candidates, driving our organization's growth.


Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters.

  • Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and foster professional development.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.

Recruitment Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for technology and product positions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize the hiring process.

  • Identify talent sources and attract top-tier candidates.

Full-cycle Recruitment:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Understand hiring managers' needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Utilize various methods to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement:

  • Enhance our employer brand in the technology and product space.

  • Engage passive candidates and build relationships for future opportunities.

  • Represent the organization at industry events to attract top talent.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate strategies and improve processes.

  • Generate reports on recruitment activities and candidate quality.

  • Utilize data insights for informed decision-making.


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, psychology or related field.

  • Proven experience leading recruitment teams, preferably in technology or product.

  • Strong knowledge of technology and product roles, skills, and industry trends.

  • Familiarity with recruitment methods and tools, including ATS (Workday) and sourcing platforms.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for recruitment strategies.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and motivation skills.

  • Fluent English, Ukrainian language as a plus.
