What we’re looking for

The role of a Email Marketing CRM Specialist is to manage and oversee the customer relationship management activities for the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end process of email campaign creation, including content development, design, scheduling, and deployment, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging consistency.

  • Growth Point Identification: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential growth points within the customer lifecycle, aligning email strategies to support these growth initiatives.

  • Segmentation and Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to segment the customer base effectively, allowing for the delivery of highly targeted and personalized email communications. Regularly analyze campaign results and customer behaviors to refine segmentation strategies.

  • Reporting and Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics related to email campaigns, track open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics, and use this data to optimize strategies over time.

  • Research and A/B Testing: Conduct thorough research on email best practices and industry trends and apply this knowledge to create A/B tests for various email elements such as subject lines, content, CTAs, and design to optimize performance.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within the email communication process, tools, and workflows, and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Compliance and Data Privacy: Ensure that all email campaigns adhere to relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and maintain a high data security and compliance standard in all communications.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, designers, copywriters, and other relevant stakeholders to develop cohesive and impactful email campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Job Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience in CRM marketing across various channels, including Email, Web, App pushes, and in-apps.

  • English at least Upper-Intermediate (B2).

  • Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns; Involvement or oversight in content creation for various channels.

  • Proficiency in CRM marketing tools and platforms, such as Braze, Esputnik, Iterable, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret CRM marketing performance metrics: ability to make data-driven decisions and implement optimizations based on metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

  • Solid understanding of email marketing regulations and best practices (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR). Ensuring email campaigns comply with legal requirements.

  • Essential project management skills for coordinating with multiple teams and keeping campaigns on track.

  • Proficiency in audience segmentation techniques to tailor email campaigns for different customer segments.

  • Understanding of how email marketing integrates with CRM systems for personalized and automated campaigns.
