What we’re looking for

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable automated test frameworks for web, mobile, API, and backend systems.

  • Create and execute automated test cases as part of the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

  • Collaborate with developers and QA team members to identify test requirements and integrate testing early in the development process.

  • Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Maintain and enhance test environments, tools, and infrastructure to support robust automation practices.

  • Ensure high test coverage and monitor quality metrics to drive improvements across software releases.

  • Document test strategies, test plans, and automation standards to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and/or API testing.

  • Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Java and TypeScript.

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools Selenium, Playwright and Appium.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

  • Good understanding of software testing principles, test case design, and defect lifecycle.

  • Experience with REST API testing and tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.

  • Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., TestRail).

  • Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) is a plus.

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience working in agile development teams.
