Senior Data Analyst

What we’re looking for
Responsibilities:
Gather and understand business needs and objectives.
Identify and interpret patterns, trends, insights, and business metrics from data
Create data-complex dashboards with an optimized data structure and scaling perspective
Assist in planning, forecasting, and AB testing processes.
Work with various product and business stakeholders to develop data-driven insights.
Partner with the Data Engineering team to define and build reliable data sources.
Identify new opportunities for the use of data across the company.
Requirements:
Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Power BI / Tableau, and other data analysis tools.
4+ years of experience in data, product analytics, data science or business intelligence, e-commerce experience is a plus.
University degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in statistical analysis methods, data modeling, hypothesis testing, AB testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English.
Acts as a team mentor
Good communication skills, ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
