What we’re looking for
Join AUTODOC as a Product Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping and steering our product strategy through insightful data analysis and experimentation. Our mission is to transform insights into action, leveraging data driven decision making to refine our product offerings and customer experience.
In this role you will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive reports and self-serving tools, conducting in-depth analysis of market trends and user behavior, and delivering statistical insights that highlight the impact of our product initiatives in the business.
Responsibilities
Conduct deep-dive analysis into product performance, customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
Collaborate with product teams to define key performance indicators (KPI) and develop dashboards and reports that track product success and inform strategic decisions.
Utilize advanced analytics and predictive modeling to forecast demand, customer preferences and provide support to business case development for product roadmap.
Engage in cross-functional projects to ensure that data insights are integrated into product development and customer experience strategies.
Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to continuously refine data collection, transformation and analysis methods to improve accuracy, quality, efficiency, and governance.
Design, guide, execute and analyze experiments to test hypotheses related to product enhancements and customer experience improvements.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or related fields, preference for experience with product analytics.
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field with strong quantitative foundation.
Expertise in analytical and statistical tools and languages (eg. SQL, Python) and familiarity with A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and to communicate these effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce including and customer journey, shopping funnels and behavior analysis.
Proven experience designing and maintaining dashboards using leading BI tools.
Experience with ETL processes and orchestration is highly desirable.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
