What we’re looking for

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with a proven track record in working with big data and designing A/B tests for Machine learning models in e-commerce. As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with our team of analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven insights and solutions that enhance our customer experience.
About the project: The A/B testing team is responsible for providing infrastructure for conducting A/B testing in Autodoc. The infrastructure includes the full process of conducting tests: launching and registering tests, collecting data from the database on tests, analyzing results, and drawing conclusions on them for the main user segments.

Responsibilities :
1.Design A/B testing architecture for machine learning models that optimize business operations, such as customer segmentation, promotions, product recommendations, and pricing strategies.
2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize business problems and research questions that can be addressed with data-driven solutions.
3.Design, execute and interpret A/B tests to improve model performance, and provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
4.Implement strategies to speed up A/B testing process without sacrificing the quality of the results.
5.Develop and implement data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform and load large volumes of data from various sources.
6.Conduct exploratory data analysis, develop data visualizations and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Stay up to date with the latest research and industry trends in machine learning and data science, and apply them to improve our processes and methodologies.

Qualifications (Essential)
5-7+ years of experience in a data science role, with demonstrated expertise in machine learning, statistics and big data technologies.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis of results.
Proven ability to speed up the A/B testing process while maintaining the quality of the results.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Make tasks with own expertise in domain zone
Guides other in most complex product parts

Qualifications (Desired)
Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics or related fields.
Experience with distributed computing frameworks, such as Hadoop, Spark or similar, and cloud-based data platforms, such as GCP.

Experience (ideal or minimum experience required for role – certifications, languages, education & years)
At least 5-7+ years of relevant work experience as DS
