What we’re looking for
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performs the process of UX research: from task acceptance until the delivery of final results.
Uncovering user behaviors, needs, and motivations in order to design products and services that provide value is the crux of user experience research.
Helps to provide actionable and meaningful data-driven insights that represent the voice of multiple users.
Responsible for sociological research (qualitative and quantitative) for improving the user experience of customers
A user researcher is an experienced practitioner who can plan and conduct user research on larger teams and more complex services.
At this level, you are expected to:
Create user-centric practices in new teams
Align user research activities with broader plans to communicate the service offering
Supervise and develop other user researchers in order to guarantee and improve research practice.
