We are looking for a Representative Contact Center in Portugal who speaks the following languages: German, Danish or Swedish. Work 100% remotely. Experience is not required, candidates with an entry level will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support by telephone and e-mail
- Offer classic inbound service
- Take purchase orders
- Provide information about the status of orders
- Process complaints
Requirements
- You are a native speaker of one of the following languages: German, Danish, Swedish and your English B1
- You enjoy interacting with people
- You are a team player and your team can rely on you
- You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- You aspire to leave every customer satisfied
- You have a stable wired Internet, speed from 50 Mbps
- You already live in Portugal or look to stay in Portugal long-term.
