Provides superior customer service and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings by providing quality advice, solving all kinds of questions. Monitoring and control of the company's reputation on third-party resources. Raising the company's ratings, according to the internal regulations of the department.
What we’re looking for
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and record the feedback with 100% accuracy
- Conducting voice interviews (in-depth interviews, u-tests, etc)
- Transcribing interviews
- Helping Customer and User researchers find insights
- Using problem-solving skills to handle difficult or irate customers
Requirements:
- Experience working in a customer service
- Experience in conducting interviews
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Confident and able to approach people
- Certifications: qualitative research, in-depth interviews
- EN/UA/RU: B2 - C1 - mandatory to have internal communication
- IT/ES/DE/EN - С1 for customer interview
- Education: bachelor’s degree
