What we’re looking for

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.

  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

  • Performing requirements analysis. Prioritizing requirements based on business needs.

  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

  • Working closely with stakeholders, technicians, and managerial staff.

  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

  • Performing user acceptance testing.

  • Developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.


Qualifications (Essential)

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field

  • English upper-intermediate and higher

  • Deep understanding requirements management methodology

  • Experience with specialized software: documentation, task tracking systems, mockups and prototyping, etc.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (including Google Analytics App + Web), AppsFlyer, Firebase

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View) and Google Spreadsheets


Qualifications (Desired)

  • Basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML

  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous


Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, business administration, information technology, or a related field

  • Experience in web analysis

  • Excellent communication skills
