What we’re looking for

Planning of shipping of goods, preparing weekly shipping plan
Collection process setup in cooperation with Shipping manager
Participation in operational calls and meetings with carriers and within the ATDL
Creating reports to related duties
Waste management and data base handling (BDO)
Contact with carriers and solving issues related to transportation
Escalation of issues to transportation and shipping management
Control of supplier's deliveries & escalation of supplier's delivery issues
Export processing and customs clearance coordination
Proposing /Performing of own small improvement projects
Providing training/guidance to less experienced/new workers
Cooperation and communication with other departments on daily basis
Regular reporting of work results
Taking care of work safety
