What we’re looking for

Responsibilities:

• From day one, you’ll be involved in ongoing projects, offering a chance to apply your skills and share your ideas.
• Take a strategic, big-picture approach to analyzing business operations, driving improvements across various teams and departments.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including finance, customer experience, logistics, and external delivery service providers.
• Tackle complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership.
• Prioritize projects in coordination with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with team capacity.

Requirements:

• A completed university degree, ideally in business or logistics.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in European transportation.
• Strong understanding of the international CEP (courier, express, parcel) transport market.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (preferably French) are a plus.
• An independent, responsible, and results-driven work style, combined with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
