What we’re looking for
As part of the Talent Development Center of Expertise (CoE), the Talent Partner (Onboarding) will be dedicated to designing, implementing, and continuously improving onboarding processes and programs globally. The goal is to ensure that new hires are effectively integrated into the organization, fully understand their roles and responsibilities, and quickly become productive team members.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a global onboarding program ensuring that it is aligned with the company’s culture, values, and strategic goals, fostering a consistent employee experience across all regions.
Plan and conduct engaging global orientation sessions collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of onboarding sessions.
Collaborate with regional/ country People teams and functional leaders to build frameworks, methodologies and tools for onboarding programs that address the specific needs of different job functions and locations.
Establish and manage buddy programs to help new employees navigate the organization, build meaningful relationships, and smoothly integrate into their roles.
Ensure that all necessary guides, tools, and resources are available and aligned with the company’s processes, making them easily accessible for new employees during onboarding.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of onboarding programs and their impact on new hire productivity and retention.
Identify opportunities for automation or technology integration to streamline the onboarding process.
Provide regular reports to leadership on onboarding program performance, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.
Collect and analyze feedback from new hires, managers, and stakeholders; recommend improvements to enhance program and process effectiveness and ensure a positive employee experience.
Job Qualifications:
Successfully completed university studies, ideally in the field of business administration or human resources.
At least 5 years of relevant experience with a focus on onboarding program design and delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale, global onboarding programs.
Advanced project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and quality.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
Data-driven approach with the ability to measure and evaluate program success.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and onboarding trends is considered an asset.
Familiarity with Workday (Onboarding module) is considered an asset.
Fluent written and spoken English skills.
