As a Talent Acquisition Professional for our Logistics/SCM department you will be responsible for implementing, and executing effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
What we’re looking for
Responsibilities:
- Source via multiple channels, e.g. social networking, job postings, employee referrals, etc. to ensure an effective fulfillment of candidate’s pipeline for open positions
- Screen and interview candidates
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of candidates to aid in increasing staffing needs as the company expands
- Exhibit creativity, resourcefulness, initiative, and persistence in sourcing for hard to fill or unique positions, especially in logistics/supply chain are
- Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for warehouse operators in our logistics center, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our warehouse operations
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers, ensure the staffing plans and candidate pipeline align to meet hiring goals
- Accurately track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders on a regular basis
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a top employer in the logistics industry
- Ensure positive experience for candidates to optimally leverage the talent attraction activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related sector
- Proficiency in English and Czech is required, knowledge of German will be an asset
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment techniques, and talent market trends in logistics
- Prior experience using Workday is highly desired
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven attitude
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
