What we’re looking for

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring apps and infrastructure

  • Responding to incidents

  • Investigation and debugging of incidents

  • Escalation of critical incidents

  • Resolving some incidents independently


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience system administrator or NOC 

  • Understanding of the principles of building (LAN, WAN), OSI model

  • Experience working with UNIX-like systems

  • Experience with monitoring systems: Zabbix, Grafana, New Relic, PMM

  • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)

  • Desire for professional growth with a perspective in the DevOps direction, analytical thinking, ability to quickly switch between tasks, stress resistance, ability to make independent decisions; readiness to take the initiative.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • English level Intermediate(B1)


Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of choice: Bash, Shell, Python, PHP, experience with Kubernetes, Git, Docker, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
