What we’re looking for
Responsibilities
Monitoring apps and infrastructure
Responding to incidents
Investigation and debugging of incidents
Escalation of critical incidents
Resolving some incidents independently
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant work experience system administrator or NOC
Understanding of the principles of building (LAN, WAN), OSI model
Experience working with UNIX-like systems
Experience with monitoring systems: Zabbix, Grafana, New Relic, PMM
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
Desire for professional growth with a perspective in the DevOps direction, analytical thinking, ability to quickly switch between tasks, stress resistance, ability to make independent decisions; readiness to take the initiative.
Excellent communication skills
English level Intermediate(B1)
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of choice: Bash, Shell, Python, PHP, experience with Kubernetes, Git, Docker, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
