What we’re looking for
Monitor, design, implement and manage DevOps infrastructure and practices. Responsible for managing DevOps, ensuring smooth operation of the technology stack, driving innovation in the DevOps infrastructure to support the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy to support the company's technology goals, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Cloud Management: Manage cloud-based infrastructure and services, optimizing cost-efficiency, and ensuring high availability.
- Security and Compliance: Establish and enforce security best practices, compliance standards, and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard company data and assets.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and assess new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the infrastructure and DevOps budgets, monitoring expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
Qualifications (Essential)
DevOps Expertise:
Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, best practices, and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
Cloud Skills:
Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience managing cloud-based resources.
Security and Compliance:
Proven experience in implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Team Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Qualifications (Desired)

The technology landscape is constantly evolving. The Head of Infrastructure should be adaptable and open to learning new tools and methodologies to keep the infrastructure up-to-date.
