5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, or related fields, with expertise in establishing governance frameworks and driving data quality initiatives across the organization.

Strong knowledge of data quality assurance mechanisms, KPI frameworks, and best practices in BI and analytics solution development, ensuring high standards for scalable reporting solutions.

Proven ability to lead the adoption of self-service analytics tools, empowering users with trusted data for decision-making and fostering a data-driven culture across teams.

Experience conducting data audits to ensure compliance with governance policies, and maintaining high standards for data quality, security, and access.

Deep understanding of data democratization, decentralization, and Data Mesh principles, with the ability to balance security, compliance, and data accessibility in a complex environment.

Expert proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) and a practical understanding of building and maintaining scalable analytics solutions.

Basic Data Engineering and Analytics skills (SQL, Python), and familiarity with Data Platform technology stacks and tools.

Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent), with strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally and drive the adoption of a data-driven culture.
