What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for our B2B clients.
Responsibilities:
Advising corporate clients via 3 channels: chat, phone, email
Providing feedback from clients
Keeping clients informed of the status of their orders to increase loyalty
Building a partnership with each customer
Making independent decisions primarily on matters of medium and high complexity and resolving conflict situations to retain customer loyalty with minimal involvement of the supervisor
Taking part in working groups for new functionality development/testing
Carrying out marketing functions in coordination with the marketing department (surveys, research of customer needs, taking part in generating proposals, etc.)
Requirements
You are native Dutch speaker and English B1
Strong knowledge of the company's business processes in customer service
Strong communication skills (at least 1 year of experience working with clients)
Minimum knowledge of automotive industry
Will be a plus
Ability to use automobile spare parts catalogs (TecDoc)
Ability to use special technical sites for spare parts selection (p.ex. partlink )
