What we’re looking for

To strengthen our Private Brands, we are looking for a Lead Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on aftermarket spare parts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure supplier compliance with Company’s quality standards and specifications through regular supplier quality assessments, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards to evaluate suppliers performance on a regular basis and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for improving quality and reducing manufacturing costs through process redesign, optimization, automation, and supplier development programs.
• Prepare and maintain methodologies for supplier quality assessments, audits, and performance monitoring and improvement.
• Preparation and follow-up schedule for supplier assessments to evaluate risks and quality potential according to IATF 16949 and internal company requirements with calculation of resources required (budget, people, terms and etc).
• Continuously evaluate and improve the supplier assessment and development process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Organization and maintain of the change management process for supplier's serial production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive industry, Quality Management System, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supplier quality management or similar roles within the automotive industry in OEM/Tier 1 supplier
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive industry, Quality Management System, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IATF 16949 requirements and their practical application in a supplier development context.
• Proficient level in quality improvement tools (e.g., statistical process control, problem-solving methodologies, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple supplier development initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to conduct supplier assessments and audits. Working across different cultures and time zones.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others towards quality improvement initiatives.
• English = fluent, Russian = fluent.
