What we’re looking for

Job requirements

  • Monitor, analyze, and manage inventory levels across Autodoc's product categories, with a strong focus on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to maintain ideal stock levels.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with category-specific suppliers to guarantee on-time and complete delivery of orders. Proactively identify and address any potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Review and fine-tune ordering system recommendations, taking ownership of the ordering process, including placing orders with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations teams, to ensure efficient processing of purchase orders and promptly resolve any supply chain challenges.
  • Utilize analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL to dissect data and make well-informed supply chain decisions.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance supply chain processes, displaying a proactive attitude and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
  • Efficiently oversee multiple projects, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and prioritization capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory optimization, supply planning, and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency in analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • APICS or other relevant certifications.
  • Demonstrated success in supply planning and inventory management roles.
  • Proven track record of improving inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency.
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Russian is preferred.
