What we’re looking for
Responsibilities
Lead the front-end engineering team on the migration from PHP monoliths to the new micro front-end services architecture
Design and implementation of web applications and modules - React, Nodejs
Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
Code review with peers to find the bugs, optimize logic, and detect the bottlenecks
Coach and support the team, overseeing individual and team growth
Ability to lead other disciplines, such as backend development, in multi-disciplinary teams
Requirements
5 years+ of work experience as a Front-End Software Engineer
Experience with microservices and cloud architectures - Google Cloud Platform, Docker
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply logical and analytical thinking to complex problems
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
Good knowledge of core JavaScript (ES6+) and React
Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including SASS
Experience in software development, supporting the design and development of large-scale, distributed software applications
English intermediate (B1)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a team environment
