Team Lead SEO Open Search & Scoring
Where your expertise is needed
Increase the traffic and performance of the company's websites. Implements initiatives to increase site traffic through SEO techniques (title and meta-tagging, indexing, link building, keyword ranking, internal site architecture, and SEO-optimization of content). Analyzes site performance, reviews metrics, and suggests solutions to improve SEO-optimization. Identifies opportunities to increase search engine ranking by evaluating traffic trends. Analyzes search results for marketing campaigns.
What we’re looking for
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to the SEO Ranking Improvements department short-term tactical goals, identifying growth opportunities, prioritizing, and working alongside marketing and SEO leaders
- Manage a team of SEO-specialists
- Monitoring of changes in search engine algorithms and timely preparation of adjustment projects. Regular tracking and analysis of key SEO performance metrics using various analytics tools, KPI calculation
- Contribute to setting KPI, goals, and objectives for team members for the achievement of operational results of the team members
- Contribute to the development and optimization of processes in order to increase the efficiency of the SEO Ranking Improvements department
- Interact, negotiate and collect tasks from other departments
- Discuss and approve the recommendations on changing the structure with other departments
- Develop and mentor team members
