What we’re looking for

The Senior Manager, Security Operations and Loss Prevention, is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations across multiple sites globally. This role involves defining and implementing a comprehensive global security policy and strategy to protect the organization’s personnel, assets, and facilities. The Senior Manager will lead and coordinate the efforts of local Security Team Leads, ensuring consistent and effective security practices worldwide. This role is critical in mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with international security standards, and fostering a culture of safety and security throughout the organization.

Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement a global security strategy aligned with organizational goals. Update policies to protect personnel, assets, and sites.

• Lead global Security Team Leads, ensuring consistent practices and collaboration. Monitor team performance and alignment with security objectives.

• Oversee security at all sites, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Evaluate and improve global operations.

• Manage global response protocols for security breaches and emergencies. Implement corrective actions.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to protect assets and reputation.

• Oversee access control systems and evaluate new technologies.

• Manage relationships with security vendors and contractors to meet security needs and budgets.

• Ensure regulatory compliance. Report regularly on security operations and risks to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

• 10+ years in security operations, with 5+ years in senior management roles.

• Relevant certifications, such as CPP, PSP, or similar will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of global security, risk management, and incident response.

• Business fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

• Leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
