What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a Vendor Operations Project Manager to drive cost-saving initiatives, enhance throughput, and improve service levels in vendor and inbound operations. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse teams to streamline processes and implement effective systems for tracking and improving vendor performance. This role requires a strong background in supply chain management, project planning, and data-driven decision-making to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Lead programs focused on cost reduction, throughput enhancement, and service level improvements within vendor and inbound operations.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize inbound processes, including scheduling for unloading and refining vendor returns procedures.
Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure goals are met on time and aligned with AUTODOC’s objectives.
Establish and implement SOPs and best practices for inbound and vendor operations.
Partner with product and data analytics teams to create and maintain systems, dashboards, and tools that improve visibility into inbound operations and vendor performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
5+ years in supply chain, vendor management, inbound logistics, or operations, with at least 2 years in a program or project management role.
Skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
Proven problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and familiarity with dashboards for operational metrics.
English proficiency required; Russian language skills are a plus.
